📋 Description
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties and rendering a ‘first class service to Landlords • Serve as primary contact for Landlords, addressing property related concerns • Implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue for their respective properties • Coordinate property maintenance, process claims, manage contractor services, and optimize property performance
🎯 Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and/or French (For the UK & UAE market - only English. For the French Market – English and French) • Be technologically savvy – working with various software applications • Business related degree (Preferable) • 1 to 2 years work experience overseeing and managing property maintenance • General good practical working knowledge of property maintenance issues and how to resolve the issues • Strong administrative task and management experience • Work experience having worked remotely preferably into the UK, French and/or UAE markets • A proven track record of working independent without the need to be closely managed
