• The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales and partner commissions, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring operational efficiency. • This individual will be the process owner for the entire sales and partner commissions process. • This role requires a strategic, analytical, and collaborative leader who can enhance sales performance and streamline workflows. • This individual will leverage data, automation, and AI to drive revenue growth and improve forecasting accuracy.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with at least 3 year managing commissions processes. • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and a very detail oriented mindset. • Proven ability to own and improve complex business processes, including end-to-end commission management. • Proven ability to own and improve complex sales processes, including end-to-end commission management. • Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Demonstrated experience delivering measurable outcomes, including cost savings and operational improvements. • Experience optimizing and managing CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement tools. • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track metrics and create actionable reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving data-driven decision-making in sales organizations. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis. • Experience implementing AI, automation, and workflow optimization tools for sales efficiency is a plus.
