📋 Description

• Work across a suite of observability products including System Health Experience, Alert configuration and management tools, and Issue Management Experience. • Define and implement a strategy for Netflix's AI Ops platform. • Build Systems that integrate internal Observability data with LLMs for effective guidance. • Contribute to a platform that processes billions of data points in real time. • Provide mentorship to early career engineers on the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-scale, modern tech-driven companies. • Experience in developing backend and applying Machine Learning algorithms at scale. • Expertise in building and maintaining backend services. • Proficient in designing, building, and operating algorithms for Monitoring and Alerting applications. • Familiar with the latest techniques and applications of Generative AI. • Proficient in distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark and Apache Kafka. • Experience in building, maintaining, and evolving APIs. • Proficient in working with Java (or JVM language) and Python. • Knowledgeable about the software lifecycle: design, development, test, deploy, operate, and support. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. • Capable of working independently and in a dynamic team environment. • Product mindset that is empathetic and metrics-driven.
