🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in merchandising, content marketing, CRM, or related fields • Proven track record of developing successful merchandising strategies • Deep understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits with entertainment • Experience in content creation, from production to launch • Strategic thinker with a strong customer-focused mindset • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
