📋 Description

• Analyze, tag, research, and write detailed insights for Live series and events, before, during and after the events. • Help implement approved taxonomy structures as tagging workflows. • Operate within a dual-reporting line structure, being a point of contact for cross-functional team members. • Communicate analysis to cross-functional stakeholders, including Content teams and the Product, Discovery & Promotion Live team. • Build strong partnerships with Product, Merchandising, Creative Services, Content, and Marketing. • Collaborate on editorial and innovation projects requiring cross-functional workflows. • Have your finger on the pulse with regard to current affairs and cultural moments related to Live content. • Represent, educate on and advocate for all of Product Metadata and Ratings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience creating and implementing taxonomies for metadata across large libraries of content required • 3+ years experience working with large data catalogues required • Prior experience in media as a writer or editor covering Live series and events • Experience as a Content Specialist, Insights Strategist, Metadata Analyst or Platform Editor with a focus on Live series and events • Passionate about movies, TV, sports, and entertainment with a deep knowledge of global entertainment, global sports, and live streaming • Experience understanding fandoms and breaking them down into complex metadata • Ability to adapt your work quickly to Live programming in flight • Excellent communication, presentation and cross-functional skills within a highly matrixed org structure • Ability to master internal tools and systems successfully • Fluency in Airtable, Google Sheets, or other data trackers and data management systems • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in line with when live events broadcast
