• The opportunity involves driving the next evolution of Netflix's Developer Portal. • Focus on user experience, product discovery, and software catalog management. • Collaborate with engineering teams and define product strategy. • Ensure high confidence in metadata accuracy and system health. • Evolve customer engagement model and communication strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager with at least 3+ years of domain experience in developer portals like console or app stores and software catalog systems • Strong technical understanding of software catalog architectures, metadata management, and automation systems • Proven track record of managing and evolving a product portfolio and/or driving product vision and strategy • A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy • Demonstrated passion for developer platforms, developer experience, tools, workflows, and/or infrastructure • Strategic thinker that can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about end-to-end experience • Understanding of platform/plugin architectures and experience managing two-sided marketplace dynamics • Ability to manage a portfolio of bigger and smaller bets while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision • Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success • Leverages product intuition and judgment to solve problems and make decisions without perfect information • Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask ‘why’ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations
