📋 Description
• Lead the design and execution of Netflix's ads consumer experiences across surfaces. • Identify, research, and drive future ads experiences strategy. • Establish principles for best-in-class advertising experience. • Craft design briefs for business, design, and engineering clarity. • Collaborate with various teams to innovate the future of ads.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) • Rich portfolio showcasing experience in advertising, TV, and/or streaming • Passionate energy for great design and amplifying team culture • Demonstrated expertise with consumer product experiences incorporating advertising • Strong understanding of advertising best practices and industry trends • Experience constructing end product quality prototypes of consumer experiences leveraging video and motion • Excellent communication skills • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail • Experience in video production and editing tools • Experience in web advertising and/or marketing design • Experience in live TV broadcasting and/or TV advertising • Experience working directly with advertisers
