• Partner closely with the Privacy and Data Protection Engineering team • Reduce data risks and ensure regulatory compliance • Foster a responsible data culture across Netflix • Work with established team of privacy and security engineers • Identify, develop, and drive development of data management capabilities • Navigate complex technical and operational challenges • Innovate and solve challenging problems
🎯 Requirements
• Passionate about privacy and data protection • Familiar with technical Data Protection or Governance programs • Able to identify gaps in solutions and debate technical approaches • Experience driving large-scale technical initiatives on shared infrastructure platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to triage multiple initiatives effectively • Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
