Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management; • Experience working in fintech or banking industry in product management area; • Expert knowledge of product management processes; • Ability to interpret and analyze data to make decisions and measure product success; • Ability to take on strategic projects that span multiple squads and various stakeholders; • Ability to identify metrics & KPIs for a product that you're building; • Ability to communicate broad and specific progress and concepts to various stakeholders including executives, team members, and customers; • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features; • Excellent communication skills and being the team player; • Experience working with cross-functional teams; • Experience in agile methodology environment (at least 2 years); • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written (C1+); • Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies are the added value.
