• Our mission at Netguru is to help entrepreneurs and innovators shape the world through beautiful software. • We’re seeking a new team member to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. • RevOps is at the heart of our company operations, providing essential support across all departments through infrastructure (HubSpot, Salesforce), data, and automation. • The ideal candidate should have experience with HubSpot administration and a strong understanding of operational tools and processes. • Joining Netguru means: • Work in a change-rich environment that powers digital acceleration for customers from Europe, the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. • Working alongside experienced and highly qualified experts from various fields (RevOps, Sales, Growth, Delivery, Finance, Talent). • Provide real impact on key company processes. • Continuous development of your hard and soft skills (internal webinars and conferences). • Enjoying flextime and flexplace; you can adjust your daily schedule to your individual needs. • What are the responsibilities of a Senior RevOps Specialist? • Providing consulting, admin and data management for Hubspot, Salesforce and other tools for business process automation across various departments. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders - needs gathering and requirements, solution creation, implementation and change management. • Managing sales enablement using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Clay. • Driving the adoption and optimization of new tools and technologies to automate crucial sales and operational functions, ensuring efficiency and high quality. • Developing and maintaining user-friendly automations and workflows. • Preparing reports and dashboards which provide valuable insights. • Providing ad-hock support for the sales process (contracts preparation) and internal tools. • Leading initiatives and internal analytics to improve sales and various operational processes.

Requirements

• Hands on admin experience with Hubspot (Sales Hub) • Experience in a similar position at a software consulting/SaaS services company, working closely with internal stakeholders • Strong numeric abilities and a passion for automatizations • Understanding of sales and marketing processes (Account Base Marketing) • Impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities • Strong ownership, customer service mindset and drive for constant improvement • Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+) • Working knowledge of Salesforce
