• Solution Architect (CPQ) role • Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud & CPQ project implementations • Work with customers to understand requirements and lead team through design, development, QA, and launch • Own design success and lead development team • Configure Salesforce Solutions using point and click tools • Implement scalable solutions • Partner with AI team • Coach and mentor team members • Interface directly with Salesforce • Support Pre-Sales team • Craft thought leadership pieces • Stay updated on latest Salesforce features

Requirements

• 5+ years project experience in a hands-on position • 10+ implementations experience of Salesforce CPQ or Sales Cloud • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity • Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ elements, Custom Applications, Visual Flows, Process Builders • Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices • Client Facing Experience in various areas • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture • Preferred: Experience coaching and mentoring Salesforce talent • Preferred: Detail oriented, strong team player with great communication skills
