• The Solution Architect will lead the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative software solutions that align with Neural Technologies' strategic goals in telecommunications and related sectors. • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions, ensuring the use of best practices and adherence to project timelines. • Manage the entire software development life cycle, from designing, planning, and requirements gathering to development, testing, and deployment. • Drive innovation by integrating advanced technologies such as modular software design into solutions • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that provide value. • Implement and monitor rigorous quality assurance processes, ensuring that all software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. • Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, leveraging feedback and new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Regularly report to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and opportunities for innovation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Software Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable and modular software systems, with a strong understanding of telecommunications frameworks. • Programming Languages: Advanced knowledge of programming languages • DevOps Practices: Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. • Quality Assurance: In-depth knowledge of software testing frameworks and methodologies, with a focus on automation and continuous testing. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Innovation: A passion for continuous improvement and innovation, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and explore new technologies.
