β’ As a Business Development Manager, play a crucial role in expanding market presence β’ Acquire new users among Liquid funds, Individual whales, DAOs, and other top token holders. β’ Nurture customer relationships to find new opportunities and grow business with them. β’ Establish new partnerships with DeFi projects, wallets, custodians, and self-custody platforms. β’ Create and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve business development goals. β’ Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. β’ Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies with marketing campaigns. β’ Represent the company at industry events: Attend conferences, webinars, and other events to network. β’ Develop and maintain strategic alliances: Foster long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
β’ Deep knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem, with familiarity with various blockchains, DeFi platforms, and basic blockchain analytics β’ 2+ years in Business Development role within the industry β’ Strong network and relationships within the blockchain industry, including key stakeholders and influencers β’ Robust existing connections in the DeFi and wider Web3 community β’ Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills: Can create compelling proposals and lead successful negotiations. β’ Strategic thinker: Able to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and secure key partnerships. β’ Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement: Successful in onboarding individual token holders and institutions to increase protocol TVL. β’ Analytical skills: Capable of analyzing market trends, user behaviors, and other data to guide business development strategies. β’ Entrepreneurial mindset: Experienced in a startup environment, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
