Description

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, costs, quality, communication, risk, and resource management • Lead project teams to deliver on project objectives, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external vendors • Ensure that all projects are conducted in compliance with company and industry guidelines • Use project performance indicators to ensure alignment with strategic goals • Effectively manage project changes, making adjustments to plans and promptly communicating updates • Provide insightful post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices • Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks • Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations • Maintains and manages the client interact at senior levels of the client organization • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items • Ensures conformance with program/project task schedules and costs • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience • Prefer software program/project management in the Federal environment • PMP (required), ITIL, SAFe, or DevOps certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Prior experience working with federal agencies is an asset
