Description
• Lead ITIL and ITSM integration to enhance service delivery • Develop change management strategies for technology adoption • Establish governance frameworks aligned with IT policies and objectives • Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency • Create strategic roadmaps for transformation initiatives • Spearhead and communicate change initiatives across the organization
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years in IT governance, ITIL, ITSM, and organizational change management. • ITIL Expert or ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification highly desirable. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree required; 6 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree. • Proficiency in IT governance tools and change management software. • Federal experience is a plus.
