• Join New Era Technology, where People First is at the heart of everything we do. • A highly skilled and experienced Senior Voice Engineer to support our global Teams Phone migration project. • Design, implement, and maintain telephony systems within Microsoft Teams. • Work closely with regional network engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience in unified communications, with a focus on voice solutions such as Cisco, Avaya, and Teams Phone. • Knowledge of Oracle SBC, Cisco Call manager, and Avaya systems a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Fluent in English (Mandatory). • Previous experience implementing cloud-based telephony systems preferred.
