Description

• Architect and maintain global hybrid infrastructure • Design scalable systems for high availability • Responsible for product SLA and capacity planning • Participate in weekly on-call rotation • Collaborate with various stakeholders • Transition legacy methodologies to devops principles • Automate routine tasks and scripting • Develop tools for better system observability • Write design decision documentation

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Linux internals & OS fundamentals • Good understanding of Linux Filesystems and troubleshooting • Exposure to RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL • Familiarity with configuration management tools • Coding skills in Python for automation tasks • Experience with Public cloud and Kubernetes • Knowledge of large scale web infrastructure • Experience with DNS and email systems • Systems administration & troubleshooting experience • Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases • Experience with automation tools like Rundeck • Familiarity with metrics & logging stacks • Understanding of virtualization and containerization • Production experience deploying in AWS • Managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins • Familiarity with system, application & network security principles
