Description

• Manage a small team of 3 -5 engineers • Collaborate with multiple partners of project and liaison communication • Responsible for architecting and defining the backend framework to solve complex designs and interactions • Writing code to support our initiatives • Working closely with user experience designers, graphic designers, fellow software engineers, and quality engineers to meet measurable goals • Discussing technical solutions with team members and providing innovative, new ideas • Continually seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of industry trends • Provide clear guidance to the team’s questions during implementation phases • Maintain a strong customer service-oriented attitude while designing and building products

Requirements

• Strong understanding with 8 + years of experience in Python/Java, Devops, spring Boot/FastAPI • Experience in working with technologies like AWS(or any cloud), NoSql, Messaging systems like SQS/RabbitMQ, RDBMS • Experience in building distributed applications, SOA , RESTful applications • Exposure to Devops and tools like Terraform, Kubernetes • Knowledge of virtualization, docker, public/private clouds, relational and non relational databases , web architectures , filesystems, queueing systems, caching, scaling, replication, sharding, config management, metrics and logging systems • Adept with Developing, designing & scaling complex systems both horizontally & vertically • Git/GitHub, Continuous integration using maven, bamboo & Jenkins • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required • Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation • Openness to change and eagerness to work with tools and technologies that may be outside your comfort zone • Excellent conceptual, and critical thinking capabilities • Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
