• Responsible for compensation and employee benefits strategy and plan design • Ensure compliance with local laws and alignment with company strategy • Manage compensation and benefits vendors and consultants • Monitor and analyze trends and best practices • Ensure integrity of HRIS data in Workday • Support local HR team in compensation queries
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication • Ability to work non-core business hours • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills • 5+ years of solid experience in compensation program design • Advanced analytical and modeling skills using Excel • Experience in international benefits and compensation programs
