Requirements

• Passionate, Experienced Advocate: You are dedicated to helping those who have been historically disadvantaged, using the law as a tool for social change. Licensed to practice in the US, ideally with 3+ years experience. • Creative Thinker: Your approach to legal challenges is innovative, looking for new ways to navigate and narrow the divides in our society. • Leadership Skills: With the ability to manage both a team and a large caseload, you're a natural leader who thrives under pressure. • Communication Mastery: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with clients and team members daily. • Adaptable and Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments, much like a startup culture. • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
