Description

• Connect clients, provide product/services information, resolve problems with precision and competence • Ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction • Handle high amounts of incoming calls • Draft immigration forms • Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information using the right methods/tools • Manage and update assigned cases monthly • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions within time limits; follow up for resolution • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

• English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection • Shift days, hours and Phoenix, Arizona (USA) time zone: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) • Possess a four-year bachelor's degree and a three-year law degree from an accredited law school and be in good standing • Have previous experience and demonstrated success in sales • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative • Track record of not just reaching, but exceeding quota requirements • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities • Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively • This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer, headset, microphone and video camera
