Description

• Optimize operations through technology • Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and other relevant tools • Optimize our use of Filevine, Immigration AI, and Lead Docket • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for document processing • Create and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards for decision making • Analyze processes for automation opportunities • Train team members in automated systems • Ensure data security in automation efforts • Collaborate with departments for tailored solutions • Stay updated with trends in legal automation and AI

Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation, preferably in a legal or professional services environment • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially Power Automate and Power BI • Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management software preferred • Expertise in Zapier and ability to create complex, multi-step zaps • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, and their application in legal tech • Understanding of data security and privacy considerations in the legal industry • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of technology trends
