Description
• New Incentives seeks an Accountant for its Accounting and Finance Team. • Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, assist with tax returns and audits. • Maintain weekly accounting protocols and month-end closing procedures. • Conduct data and financial analysis on various reports. • Handle financial reporting and review field expense submissions. • Assist with financial analysis and perform virtual audits of supplies and assets.
Requirements
• Can work independently. • Relationship builder and team player. • Great attention to detail. • Proactive and process-oriented. • Problem-solver. • Fast learner. • Strong analytical skills. • Graduate of BS Accountancy or Finance-Related Course, CPA is a plus. • Minimum 2 Years Experience in Accounting and Finance, experience in Audits is a plus. • Minimum 2 Years Experience in Remote Work Environment. • Proficient in Google Sheet or Excel. • Proficiency in Xero is not required but a plus. • Solid grasp of Accounting and Finance processes.
