• Come join the New Rich. • We are looking for a result-driven Sales Development Representative. • Duties include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions about our products, and recommending solutions. • Resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with your sales skill set to provide value and close high ticket deals.

Requirements

We need people who are smart enough to make decisions on their own and also smart enough to know when they need input from others. • Experience selling high-ticket services with a consultative approach. • You should have a strong interest in building rapport through consultations. • Familiarity with the credit financing system and terminology (Interest rates, FICO scores etc.) • Growth-minded and looking to turn challenges into opportunities. • Fun and collaborative and enjoy working with a team. • People-person who derives energy from meeting with others. • Passionate about helping others. • Attentive to detail. • Adept at managing time. • Inside sales experience (preferably in consultative sales i.e.; private placement, luxury vehicles and business jets, private charter, precious metals, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, mortgages, debt, car sales and annuities). • Excel in challenging environments. • Know how to deal with rebuttals. • High energy.

Benefits

• This is a commission-only position however we offer bi-weekly draws. • If you are above average, your monthly income will be more than a six-figure annual salary within the first or second year. • No commission cap; the sky is the limit! • No cold calling - all leads are inbound - or existing customers who have purchased from us before!
