β€’ Lead and guide the work of technical staff on ServiceNow implementations. β€’ Manage large, complex professional services projects. β€’ Responsible for coaching and mentoring a team. β€’ Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects. β€’ Define project scope and objectives. β€’ Plan project stages and assess business implications. β€’ Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and standards are met. β€’ Facilitate crew and customer meetings. β€’ Mitigate risks and manage solutions using Agile methodologies. β€’ Prepare project status reports and ensure quality control.

Requirements

β€’ 8- 12 years of business-related experience. β€’ Minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management. β€’ Highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience. β€’ Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation. β€’ Proficient in project methodologies and management principles. β€’ Demonstrated experience managing projects successfully. β€’ Oversight of project plans and providing actionable feedback. β€’ Broad understanding of ServiceNow Domain areas. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong attention to detail. β€’ Experience leading and motivating a team.
