📋 Description
• Looking for a School Engagement Manager to join our Onboarding and Engagement team. • Partner closely with Strategic CSMs to build and strengthen relationships with large school districts. • Focus on prioritized schools within districts to drive adoption and strengthen stakeholder relationships. • Help prioritize outreach and create scalable strategies delivering results within schools. • Leverage data, tech stack, and customer insights to drive results in product adoption. • Manage customers throughout the Newsela Customer Journey for an exceptional experience. • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for school partners.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of teaching experience • Experience in the education field, either working in district or partnering with districts. • Strong product knowledge and regional expertise with relationship building skills. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus.
