🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik (z.B. technische Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikationen – alternativ umfangreiche Praxiserfahrung • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich ist ein Plus, aber auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger mit soliden Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Veeam, Microsoft-Server-Betriebssystemen und deren Diensten sind willkommen • Die Fähigkeit, als „IT-Dolmetscher“ komplexe technische Themen verständlich und lösungsorientiert für unsere Kunden zu kommunizieren und individuell anzupassen • Fachkenntnisse in Storage, Virtualisierung und Netzwerkfirewalls sind vorteilhaft und werden in der täglichen Arbeit geschätzt • Grundlegende Erfahrungen mit unixoiden Betriebssystemen (macOS, Linux) sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um professionell und souverän mit unseren Kunden und Partnern zu kommunizieren • Hohes technisches Verständnis, Teamfähigkeit, Freude an Fehleranalysen und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung sowie die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln • Führerschein Klasse B für gelegentliche Kundenbesuche und Serviceeinsätze • Humor
