📋 Description
• Oversee the successful execution of large-scale projects • Ensure alignment with strategic business goals • Establish and maintain governance frameworks • Oversee the allocation and management of resources • Overviewing the different risks inside the projects • Provide stakeholder communication support to project managers • Continuously assess and enhance PMO processes
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including 5+ years in a PMO leadership role managing large ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred • Solid understanding of SAP modules related to manufacturing and enterprise system integration • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change • Based in Czechia or Slovakia
