Description

• Oversee Nexoom's financial strategy • Manage relationships with investors • Ensure effective communication of the company’s financial performance and strategy to stakeholders • Develop and implement investor relations strategies • Prepare and present financial reports, earnings releases, and other communications to investors • Organize and manage investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences • Monitor market trends, investor sentiment • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy • Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing • Lead M&A activities • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards • Collaborate with the executive team to align financial and corporate strategies • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance / Economics or similar qualification • Coming from investment banking and with tech/entertainment sector experience • 6+ years of experience in Switzerland in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field. • Good understanding of financial markets (public & private) and compliance • Proven track record of successful investor relations and financial strategy development. • Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial regulations, and reporting requirements. • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and team management skills. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Highly organized and the ability to prioritize tasks • An ambitious individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in English, German language skills a plus
