📋 Description

• Next Matter is disrupting how Operations are built and run, and in the process, is shaping how people and companies work in a range of industries around the world. • We’re looking for an experienced, passionate software engineer to join our team working cross-functionally with other departments, collaborating with talented peers, and continuing to ship quality code that delights our customers. This engineer will work on user-facing features and bug fixes while making backend architectural decisions and paying down tech debt as a part of the backend tribe.

🎯 Requirements

• A collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintaining a focus on impactful outcomes aligned with business objectives. • Extensive expertise in developing scalable services and APIs with Python, Django and Django Rest Framework. • Strong working knowledge of SQL. • Experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks and tools • Exposure to and some experience with developing user interfaces with React, or similar modern web framework • Experience working effectively in diverse, remote teams. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document and communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
