Description

• Participate in requirements gathering and design activities for the financial modules. • Interact with the Consulting Team and others to collect information. • Lead and/or oversee and provide guidance on configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities of medium to large size or complexity. • Lead activities and tasks and resolves functional questions. • Proactively communicate status, issues, and concerns to project manager and/or architect/lead. • Provide coaching and quality assurance to ensure team members are following NexTec Implementation Methodology and best practices. • Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with business stakeholders. • Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationship with customers. • Follow NexTec implementation methodologies. • Achieve utilization targets while achieving high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Cannabis, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Prior ERP experience (three or more years) as a skilled user or consultant is required. • Prior business experience in the finance field is required. • Results-oriented individual who can prioritize and execute activities in a high-pressure environment. • Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment. • Expertise in business process and application functions. • Intermediate understanding of best practices of the industry NexTec serves (Agriculture, Cannabis/Hemp, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals).
