Description

• Responsible for establishing and leading the FP&A function • Develop financial strategies and build a high-performing team • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for improvement • Oversee cash flow forecasting and management • Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives • Support M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure financial and operational performance • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with GAAP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles. • PE experience • SaaS experience • Experience working with a Board of Directors • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams. • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership. • Proficiency in financial planning software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Adaptive planning software is a plus.
