Description
• Develop internal and external user-friendly documentation in-line with editorial, legal, clinical, and marketing standards. • Work with a global team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to research software defects and communicate information to clients. • Develop, publish, and maintain high quality user-centric content. • Use structured authoring and the established DITA framework to create and maintain content. • Responsible for training on the automated documentation approval process in Salesforce. • Interview SMEs to obtain product information from requirements. • Attend and participate in UA and project team meetings.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years technical writing experience. • 3+ years technical writing experience in a software environment. • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce.
