Description

• Lead the product security team and ensure security of software products and services. • Define and implement security best practices, conducting security reviews and managing vulnerabilities. • Manage and mentor a team of product security engineers. • Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures for secure product development and deployment. • Perform security assessments of existing and new products and features. • Identify and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities, providing remediation recommendations. • Coordinate and oversee security testing activities, such as penetration testing, code review, and static and dynamic analysis. • Communicate and report on security status and metrics to senior management and stakeholders. • Research and evaluate emerging security trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product security, application security, or software security. • 2+ years of experience in leading or managing a security team. • Experience in conducting security reviews and audits of web, mobile, cloud, and IoT products and services. • Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and best practices, such as OWASP, NIST, ISO, etc. • Proficient in security testing tools and methodologies, such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Stay current with evolving security trends and technologies. • Resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy.
