Description
• Serve as primary contact during all phases of client implementation • Manage, coordinate, and deliver multiple project implementation initiatives • Manage client expectations through development and implementation decisions • Prepare and conduct client kick-off meetings • Oversee coordination and scheduling of staff and contractors • Participate with cross-functional teams to explore process improvement initiatives • Manage internal and external project status reporting and escalations • Develop and manage project document control • Conduct post-project evaluations
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or any combination of education and experience that provides required qualifications • 7+ years of relevant project management experience • 7+ years of experience with client onboarding in a healthcare environment • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role • Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
