Description
• Responsible for supporting management of client relationships in revenue cycle management. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction. • Establish and maintain client performance expectations and resolve issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. • Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position. • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, revenue cycle management, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to support multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
