Description

• This position will be responsible for providing first drafts of client-facing technical documents ("Newsflashes") describing critical issues within the NextGen Enterprise system. • Once the drafts are completed, the individual will work with the Senior Newsflash Writer to ensure the drafts are up to NextGen’s writing standards. • Completing 3 to 5 critical issue newsflash first drafts a week. • Reviewing relative reference material such as videos provided by support, Salesforce work requests, and KI’s. • Reaching out to the Senior Newsflash writer or other SME’s if more information is required.
