• Understanding of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment • Utilize data, metrics and social media for recruitment campaigns • Align sourcing activities with future workforce plans • Develop and execute recruitment sourcing and branding strategies • Focus on achieving quality, cost effectiveness and timely filling of position
Requirements
• Familiar with high volume corporate recruitment • At least 2 years of developing and executing recruitment sourcing strategies through social media platforms • Familiar with utilizing/analyzing data and metrics • Ability to clearly communicate with different levels inside and outside of the organization • Experience with DE&I initiatives is an asset
