Description
• Understand Talent Acquisition/Recruitment • Develop strategies for successful recruitment campaigns • Work closely with hiring leaders across the organization • Align sourcing activities with workforce plans • Develop and execute recruitment sourcing and branding strategies • Focus on quality, cost effectiveness, and timely filling of positions
Requirements
• Familiar with high volume corporate recruitment • At least 2 years of developing and executing recruitment sourcing strategies via social media platforms • Ability to utilize/analyze data and metrics • Strong communication skills with various levels within and outside the organization • Experience with DE&I initiatives considered an asset
