📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Nexton is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Controller who will report directly to the COO. • This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing cash flow, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. • The Senior Controller will collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute financial strategies, optimize financial performance, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. • This role requires strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and expertise in managing financial systems and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred • Proven experience in a senior accounting role (+5 YOE globally) • Strong understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance and financial regulations are a plus • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (2 YOE leading teams) • Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation • Fluent English & Spanish
