Description

• Responsible for building and overseeing compliance function at Nextracker. • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and related internal policies and procedures. • Review standards and monitor compliance programs throughout the organization. • Evaluate and test Nextracker’s compliance with regulatory requirements to identify deficiencies. • Develop, maintain, and update an ongoing annual organization-wide compliance and governance risk assessment.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. • 5+ years of legal experience, including work at a law firm and/or in-house, in a role directly managing key aspects of a compliance program. • Strong experience in designing, implementing, and evolving comprehensive compliance frameworks to meet organizational and regulatory requirements. • Extensive experience leading compliance efforts in mid-to-large public organizations, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges at the senior leadership level. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex compliance matters to the Board, C-suite, and senior leadership. • A self-starter with proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive compliance strategies from conception to execution.
