📋 Description
• Team Lead PHP Developer with strong experience in the LAMP stack • Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining PHP applications using the LAMP stack • Manage the development process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards • Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance and support • Review code to ensure it meets best practices and quality standards • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions • Help solve technical problems and troubleshoot issues • Stay up-to-date with new PHP technologies and trends
🎯 Requirements
• 7-8 years of experience in PHP development, with strong knowledge of the LAMP stack • 1-2 years of experience as a team lead, managing or guiding a team • Familiar with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) • Good experience with MySQL databases and optimizing queries • Familiar with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with version control (Git) • Strong problem-solving skills • Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
