• Support MR projects pushing visual limits in immersive experiences • Help define looks for real time rendered projects • Design efficient solutions to meet creative challenges • Produce efficient shaders responding to light and camera • Coordinate with technical team for Unity integration • Passion for experimenting with technology and diverse portfolio
• Highly proficient in Unity3D and programming for 3D DCCs like Maya, Max, Houdini • Optimisation techniques for real time rendering on low end hardware • Animation programming (interpolation, motion constraints, deformation) OR Shader development in HLSL/GLSL, ShaderGraph, Unreal Material Editor • Comfortable with one or more of Workflows in traditional 3d DCC Applications (Maya/3dsMax/Houdini/Blender) • Procedural texture authoring tools like Substance Designer, Quixel Suite • Texture painting applications like Substance Painter • Sculpting and painting applications such as ZBrush, Mudbox • Traditional 2D authoring applications such as Photoshop • Bonus skills: Mobile VR (ie Quest or Apple Vision Pro) and AR experience, Unity visual scripting, Xcode development, Swift UI, Reality Composer, 3D modelling and asset development at scale, Asset pipeline tooling and development, C# and/or C++ and/or python
