• Provide leadership and guidance for NFF’s consulting practice • Manage a department of 20 team members delivering client work • Develop and implement consulting practices that meet client needs
🎯 Requirements
• 10-15 years of experience leading a consulting practice and/or client services business in an executive role • Expertise in nonprofit finance and excel-based financial model building • Proven record of supporting team members' learning, development, and career growth • Strategic and visionary leader • Highly relational and collaborative • Flexible and resourceful, with a track record of leading through change • Committed to NFF’s mission, core values, and equity
