• Want to be part of a community that focuses on work-life balance and provides fantastic opportunities? • The Back Room Offshoring Inc. is a KPO company experiencing strong dynamic growth and we want you to be part of it! • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Software Implementation and Project Administrator to join our team. • In this role, you will support both software implementations and project administration tasks, including project setup, onboarding, and internal bookkeeping duties like coding transactions in Xero and preparing GST returns. • You'll also assist with other administrative tasks as required. • Comprehensive training will be provided, so while experience is welcome, it is not essential.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g. GST and transaction coding) • Strong organisational skills to manage project setup, client onboarding, and admin duties • Comfort with using Excel for data manipulation and analysis • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and resolve issues as they arise • Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with clients and team members • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
