• Want to be part of a community that focuses on work-life balance, provides competitive salary and fantastic opportunities? • The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is a KPO company experiencing strong dynamic growth and we want you to be part of it! • Located at One West Aeropark in Clark Pampanga, a world-class building with top facilities, a conducive work environment is guaranteed! • This is not your typical finance role – we’re looking for someone who can think strategically while being hands-on. • As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in steering the financial success of our businesses. • You’ll focus on monthly cash flow forecasting, ensuring that our finances are planned far in advance to meet our targets and address shortfalls before they occur. • In addition, you will coordinate and lead our finance team, ensuring smooth financial operations across all entities. • You will collaborate closely with the operations manager, providing guidance on budgets that need to be implemented and helping to improve cash flow. • If you’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about using financial data to drive business success, this role is for you.
Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. • Extensive experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of cash flow management, monthly cash flow forecasting, and improving financial performance. • Proficiency with Xero and advanced Excel skills. • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving cash flow. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, engaging way. • Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity management.
