• Join a Team That Values Work-Life Balance and Professional Growth! • Are you looking to be part of a thriving, dynamic community that offers competitive salaries and excellent career opportunities? • The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is a fast-growing KPO company, and we want you to be part of our success! • Located at One West Aeropark in Clark, Pampanga, our world-class office provides top-tier facilities and a conducive work environment to help you excel. • Our client is a digital accounting firm specializing in providing general accounting services to SMEs in Wales. • They are committed to delivering high-quality, technology-driven solutions while fostering strong client relationships. • Their paperless practice leverages modern tools, including Go Proposal, Karbon, Xama, Active Workpapers, TaxCalc, Xero, Dext, and Inform Direct, to ensure seamless financial management. • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intermeidate Accountant to join our team. • The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Xero, the ability to prepare accounts up to the trial balance stage, and a solid understanding of UK accounting principles and practices. • Experience with UK payroll software and HMRC processes is preferred, as client onboarding and accountancy administration will be key aspects of the role. • Manage clients' financial records efficiently using Xero. • Have working knowledge of UK payroll systems and software (HMRC knowledge is a plus). • Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless experience. • Prepare accounts up to the trial balance stage, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Utilize tools such as Dext, Xero, and Precision for financial data analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with clients and team members to gather necessary financial information. • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns.
