Requirements
•Candidate must be proficient in reading/understanding/writing in Japanese and English. •3+ years of team management work experience. •Experience in working with global stakeholders and clients. •Ready to work in a 24/7 operation, including evening, night and weekend shifts. •Proven record of delivering quality results on time. •Uses logic to analyze data and capability to draw conclusions and communicate or provide advice or consultation to people managers and process owners. •The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in written communication. •Maintain composure and respond appropriately in stressful or crisis situations. •Ability to effectively build consensus within the team and among disparate stakeholders. •Capability to evaluate process performance within an organization and to make recommendations for improvements. •The role is remote, so you must manage and operate the seamless ingest workflow without any issues on a daily basis. Please note that you need to join onsite meetings on a regular basis or if/whenever necessary.
