Description

• Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions and divestitures, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors. • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate market trends. • Manage Inbounds: Evaluate and prioritize inbound M&A pitches • Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation of opportunities, including discounted cash flow analysis and sensitivity analysis. • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making. • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and support integration processes post-acquisition.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field • Experience: 2-5 years in corporate finance, corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or investment banking. • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in financial modeling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
