The requirements below represent the required knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience leading marketing campaigns: at least 5 years executing marketing strategies in technology or innovation companies. • Exceptional communication skills: ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. • Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. • Technical knowledge: proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), KPI analysis (Google Analytics, Tableau). • Leadership: experience managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering creativity, and achieving objectives. • Digital strategy: experience in creating results-oriented digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing). • Languages: Advanced English B2-C1 (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
